1. Digital Products – No Refunds Once Downloaded

All embroidery design files are digital products. Once a file has been downloaded, the order cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged. This policy protects the integrity of our digital products and prevents misuse.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted under the following exceptions:

  • Non-Downloaded Files: If you purchased a product but have not yet downloaded it, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • File Errors or Corrupt Files: If the files you purchased are corrupted, incomplete, or incompatible with your embroidery machine, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be fixed, you are eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible order:

  2. Provide supporting information, such as screenshots or error descriptions if the problem involves a corrupted or unusable file.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for digital products.
If you purchased the wrong file type or format, please contact our support team. In most cases, we can assist you in obtaining the correct format without requiring a new purchase.

5. No Cancellation Policy

Because all products are delivered instantly via digital download, orders cannot be cancelled once the files have been downloaded.
