1. Delivery Method

All products on StitchDesignFiles.com are digital embroidery design files. No physical items will be sent to your address.

  • After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an instant download link via the email address used at checkout.
  • You may also access your purchased files anytime through your account’s “Downloads” section.
  • Downloads are available immediately and do not require shipping or handling.

2. Processing Time

Delivery is instant and automatic. Once an order is confirmed, our system sends your download links within minutes. There is no waiting period, no physical shipping process, and no delivery delays.

3. How to Download Your Files

  • Check your email inbox for the order confirmation message that contains your download link.
  • If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Log in to your StitchDesignFiles.com account and go to My Downloads to download your files again at any time.
  • We recommend saving your files securely after purchase to ensure long-term access.

4. No Physical Shipping

Please note that Stitch Design Files does not ship any physical products:

  • No printed patterns
  • No USB drives
  • No CDs or DVDs
  • No packaged embroidery materials

All products are provided electronically through secure download links only.
